Audio Transcription

Users can select the audio transcription language prior to generating captions to help improve the transcription accuracy. 

Steps:

1) Open the Video Settings tab by clicking the gear icon in the toolbar.

2) In the LANGUAGES section, click on the "Auto detect" drop-down menu and select a language.

3) Click Save.

Notes: 

  • Using "Auto detect" is suggested unless there are accuracy issues when generating captions.
  • Use "Auto detect" when there are multiple languages for best results.
  • If a specific language is not present in the LANGUAGES section, continue using "Auto detect" for best results.
