At the moment it’s not possible to change the aspect ratio of a video in Vyond Studio. However, crop the video once exported using third party tools such as Handbrake or VLC.
If reference lines are needed, try adding a frame prop to the video, as this provides a guide for cropping when opening it in a third party tool.
