SCG-CSO-RSC Recommended Secure Configuration
- Please use a browser and connect to https://app.vyond-fedramp.com/ to access the V4G service.
- The account format for V4G is the same as the email address format, which is [username]@[domain name].
- To manage the account and seat, please refer to this article: How do I deactivate, suspend, or add new seats and users in Vyond Professional?
- To manage the account of the customer administrator, which is the top-level administrative account of V4G, please contact support@vyond-fedramp.com to make the change.
- To set security settings in Vyond, you must be the account owner or an administrator.
- Here is the procedure to access the security settings:
- Log in to your Vyond account using your credentials.
- Click on your user icon or name in the upper-right corner.
- Select Security from the dropdown menu to access administrative security configurations.

V4G offers limited security settings thus currently does not provide the export function. -

V4G does not provide API, any operation must be via the application. -
